Call For Papers

This call for papers encourages the submission of diverse abstracts engaging with issues surrounding Law, Religion and Culture and aims to facilitate the following:

• A forum for setting an agenda within the broad field of Law, Religion and Culture.
• An agenda for future scholarship
• Exploring the construction of the concept of religion and the religious subject
• The implications of such constructions and concepts for the law
• Furthering emergent interdisciplinary dialogue
• To stimulate publications
