Firefox continues gains against IE | CNET News.com. News about my favorite browser, firefox. According to the website spreadfirefox.com , since november, thus in barely three months, firefox has been 20 million downloads of the browser. For the first time in years a browser is making a dent in the near monopoly of Internet Explorer.
