I’ve just added an annotated bibliography of literature on civil society at my site. Thanks to the online bibtex to html converter at dret.net. Nice feature: if you’re working at the Vrije Universiteit you can search for holdings of the article / book in the VU catalogus or other catalogi such as ISI web of Knowledge and Google Scholar.
