Steeds meer Nederlandse jongeren worden islamitische puriteinen, waarschuwt de inlichtingendienst AIVD. De jongeren zelf zijn alleen maar trots als zij de weg naar het ware geloof hebben gevonden. ,,Na de moord op Theo van Gogh belde ik een geleerde in Saoedi-Arabi�.”

Saloua uit Het Gooi schudt haar donkere krullen. Ze draagt make-up, strakke kleding en een koket handtasje aan haar arm. Met haar vriendin Sihem gaat ze zometeen naar ‘Gay’, een film over een decadent homostel, vertelt ze in een Amsterdams caf�. Maar later, zegt ze, zal ze er niet meer zo modieus uitzien.

Het weerstandsvermogen in de Nederlandse samenleving tegen die dreigingen is zelfs ,,laag”, vindt de dienst.
