Not such a good idea
Creating an independent nation-state (size: the three Northern provinces of the Netherlands) based on one ethnicity and then trying to make it look multi-ethnic. Does this sound sensible? Every people is entitled to have its own sovereignty, but please, stop believing the nation-state nonsense. Milosevic is dead.
