Hoe Pim Fortuyn weinig nieuws bracht, maar wel voortdurend wordt gebruikt als xenofoob en islamofoob wapen.
Er is veel discussie over de betekenis van Fortuyn voor de Nederlandse politiek. Opvallend afwezig is daarbij een duiding van zijn racistische retoriek over migranten en moslims. Misschien ligt daar een begin van Fortuyns erfenis. Dat we ronduit racistische retoriek niet meer herkennen en erkennen als racistisch, maar zien als kritiek.
