Yesterday, many Muslims worldwide celebrated Eid al Adha celebrating the sacrifice of the Abraham. View some great pictures here at IBT. Or these 20 nice pictures on Zawaj. And let’s not forget Boston.com with their amazing Big Picture photo essay. But eating, praying, exchange gifts and wearing new, colourful clothes, are not the only way of celebrating Eid. Also online we could witness how people from all over the world celebrated in various ways. One of the interesting, cutest and funniest ways was sending Eid hearts from all over the world on Twitter. The idea is simple, make the shape of a heart with your heads, make a picture and send it. On twitter @Islamicthinking made a call to send all the Eid Heart hand shapes and the result was very interesting:
