NRC Handelsblad – Binnenland: ‘Migrant niet direct recht op sociaal stelsel’
DEN HAAG, 2 SEPT. Het kabinet komt binnenkort met voorstellen om toegelaten immigranten gefaseerd toegang te geven tot de sociale zekerheid. Dat heeft minister-president Balkenende vanmorgen gezegd in de Tweede Kamer.
